I always keep zExpense running

The integration with our finance system, e-conomic, is a tremendous asset in our day-to-day operations. It genuinely saves us a significant amount of time, eliminating the need for manual work.

The process is remarkably simple: Capture a photo of your receipt and log it in the app. After that, the expense is sent to me for approval and then seamlessly imported into e-conomic.

zExpense - how does it work?

zExpense simplifies expense management, benefiting employees, the finance department, and leadership alike.

Transactions from the company credit card are imported to zExpense every night, which can be automatically categorized as hotel, transportation, or per diems. Using the zExpense app, employees capture receipt images to substantiate their purchases and submit expenses for approval.
