With a focus on handling expense and travel reimbursements, we have developed the solution zExpense. zExpense efficiently manages all processes related to expense control, credit card transactions, mileage tracking, allowances, invoices and more.

Designed with user-friendliness in mind, zExpense makes it easy for individuals in different roles – whether you’re a salesperson/consultant, manager/approver, or controller/finance personnel – to handle their expenses.

In addition, zExpense offers optional modules like zInvoice and zTime, which digitize and streamline creditor invoices, as well as time and absence registration. This allows companies to consolidate all receipt management and employee registration in one solution accessible via both an app and web.
