This End User License Agreement pertains to the Business Central (BC) extension “zExpense integration” (The Extension). It is an agreement between ZeBon ApS and a customer with a valid zExpense license (Customer).

Purpose of the Extension

The Extension is provided to customers with a valid license to use zExpense at no extra charge. Its purpose is to facilitate integration between zExpense and BC by:

• allowing users to keep select data in zExpense up to date, e.g. dimensions and vendors, from BC
• allowing users to import settlements and invoices that have been fully approved in zExpense into BC.

General terms

The general terms and conditions for zExpense apply where relevant.

Limitations on use

The Customer may schedule automatic synchronization of dimensions, vendors or similar business data that The Extension allows. However, to avoid degrading or interrupting zExpense services such scheduled synchronization may not be run more frequently than once per hour. ZeBon ApS may require the Customer to schedule their synchronization jobs at specific times for the purpose of maintaining a high quality of service.

The Customer may also schedule automatic import of fully approved settlements and invoices. Similarly, such scheduled jobs may run no more frequently than once per 10 minutes.

For the purpose of maintaining a high quality of service, ZeBon ApS may at any time unilaterally change the frequency with which the Customer may run scheduled jobs.
